To All Our Customers,
It is our policy to never give anyone’s pet a haircut without the owner being
present at the time of grooming or leaving complete written instructions. You
must notify office and/or your Groomer if your pet needs a haircut prior to your
appointment. This is to allocate the proper amount of time at your location.
If your pet is severely matted and you do not allow us to clip or shave the
matts out properly, we will not be able to perform our duties completely. Under
no circumstances will be bathe a matted pet and leave it matted. The Groomer
will advise you as to the proper procedures to take
We hope these policies will enable both the Groomer and Owner to experience the
best grooming work ever.
