Equipment
- Vans
Our Vans are equipped with 100 gallon storage tank for fresh water, 6
gallon hot water tank, 50 gallon holding tank for waste. We have heat
and a/c for weather conditions. Our blow dyers have variable speeds
for different coats. Then only thing we have to do upon arriving at
the clients home is to plug in to a designated electric outlet for
power. We are then set up for business.

- Groomers
Our Groomers have been taught how to care for your pet without undo
stress. They have been taught the best way to secure your pet and with
their personality, bond to make a lasting impression on your pet that
this wasn’t so bad at all. Our Groomers carry lamb and chicken based
treats for your pet as a reward for a job well done. This still
doesn’t eliminate the pet from resisting at the start, but they soon
find out that it is a pleasure to have a good massage and spa
treatment. We have both men and women Groomers, so if your pet has a
preference, this is not a problem. You have the choice of having the
same Groomer each time. All you have to do is call the office and tell
Michelle what your preference is, and we shall honor your request.

** De-Matting -- All creatures with fur shed in 3 month cycles. If it has
been more than 1 shedding cycle since the animal has been professionally
groomed, we do not de-matt. This procedure is very painful, thus it is not
our job to inflict pain and torture on the animal. Our service is to
provide a safe, positive grooming experience only.
